Traditional Hardwire Polygraph.
With these services, the only options here are that a face to face examination be conducted utilizing the hard wire procedures at one of our remote locations. If we travel to you, travel charges will apply. To meet the criteria and be a testable candidate for the Traditional Polygraph, the following protocols MUST be followed. These protocols must be followed with any Polygraph Company that you use for accurate results. These protocols are strict and must not be altered if you want accurate results. The following protocols are mandated by the Polygraph manufacturer and the American Polygraph Association. If your Examiner does not disclose this to you, he is just taking your money and basically giving you fabricated results.
1. The Examinee must have 8-10 hours of sleep prior to the Examination.
2. The Examinee must not have any caffeine intake for 24 hours prior to the Examination.
3. The Examinee must not have taken any medications or illegal drugs, 48 hours prior to the Examination.
4. The Examinee must be at least 18 years of age, due to rapid heart rate of younger people.
5. If the Examinee is a female, she cannot be pregnant; the instrument will pick up a second heart beat.
6. The room temperature must be between 68-72 degrees; this will affect the galvanic skin readings.
7. Examinee must have components attached to their body and be willing to reduce any movement during the Examination.
8. Minimum Examination time is 2-4 Hours
9. Maximum of 4 questions.
End results will be either "Deception Indicated", "No Deception Indicated" or "Inconclusive"
The above protocols are set forth by Polygraph manufactures and the American Polygraph Association. If you speak with other Polygraph Examiners and they do not advise you of the listed protocols, they are not following set protocols and will not be administering proper examinations, you would therefore just be wasting your money. 1/3 of the Examinee's taking a Polygraph that fail, fail because of the protocols not being followed, not because they are guilty but because the Examiner is not following proper procedures. Again, if this information is not disclosed, they are more than likely running a "Fake" examination and just taking your money. We highly recommend that you report these Examiners to the proper authorities to help eliminate the "Bad Apples".
