PLEASE READ BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES

By using our services you agree to the Client / Examiner Confidentiality Policy whereas

any examination conducted or results there of will not be discussed with anyone not listed within the Truth Verification Waiver at the time of the examination and that all examinations conducted will be audio recorded and maintained for 2 years from the Examination date. Any discloser of records or results will make the Client / Examiner liable for civil actions if discussed with any persons not listed in the waiver. You waive the right to add additional persons to the waiver upon completion of the examination. The names of persons that the Client wants to give information to regarding the examination shall be made prior to the examination being conducted and NO future authorizations can be added after the examination is complete. 

Upon making payment for services International Verification Services reserves the right to decline refunds if the examination is not conducted. The determination of refunds shall be made by the Board of Directors and not the Examiner. International Verification Services LLC, Board of Directors meet on the 4th Monday of each month. If you wish to have your refund addressed, you must provide your request in writing to the Board of Directors within 5 business days. 

If payment is made by credit card or debit and payment is stopped or disputed, you understand that you will face a FELONY criminal charge of THEFT OF SERVICES if the Examination has been completed.  STATE STATUE STATES THAT IF THE SERVICES IS COMPLETED AND IS VALUED OVER $150.00 IF YOU IN ANYWAY HENDER OR STOP THE PAYMENT YOU SHALL BE GUILTY OF THEFT OF SERVICES.

The results we provide are final and will not be litigated with anyone unless they are certified examiners or Attorneys. We require that strict confidentiality be made regarding all testing procedures and results. The results of your Examination will not be discussed with anyone not approved prior to the examination. We have dozens of clients that we work with on a daily basis and will not spend hours on the phone justifying our credentials and findings after the examination has been completed. This should be conducted prior to the examination.

By using our services the Client (s) herby releases and forever holds harmless, the company, any examiner and any employee of the Institute of Truth Assessment for any damages occurring as a result of any services provided. The Client (s) further understand that Client (s) will not disclose any information to any person not authorized prior to the examination and any violation of this creates a violation of the Examiner / Client confidentiality policy of this company.
